Wherever possible shipping/delivery is recorded or registered. The shipping/delivery time on kits is normally between 2 and 9 working days. We aim to deliver fully assembled products to most countries of the world within 28 working days. Quicker delivery can sometimes be organised by calling us.
We aim to deliver all products not made by Aareff within 7 working days (subject to stock).
All delivery is normally by the postal system or UPS express saver. All packages are trackable via relevant web sites, tracking numbers are automatically sent to the customer upon despatch.
ON LINE Secure Credit Card Transaction
This is the easiest way to order. Your Credit Card details are sent over the Internet encrypted. Simply view the products price table and click 'BUY' next to your shipping zone. This will add the product to a shopping cart, should you require quantities of more than one, simply go back to the product page and click 'BUY' again. When you have finished selecting the products you want to buy, enter billing information. Upon pressing 'SUBMIT ORDER' your details will be sent encrypted to our secure server. You will automatically receive confirmation of the order submission a few seconds later. All orders at Aareff are processed by hand and once processed you will receive via email an official order confirmation and a sales invoice number.
Direct Bank Credit Transfer
Most banks in the world offer some form of Direct Credit Transfer service. Please contact us by email for our bank details if you wish to pay by direct credit transfer. You must agree to pay any additional bank charges made. More information on this and paying in your own currency will be available from your bank. If you transfer the funds this way please inform us by email, fax or telephone of the order details and the date you made the transfer, then we can check our account at this end for your payment.
